Shipping Policy

Shipping & Delivery

Empire moves fast. Orders ship Monday–Friday. Processing times begin once your order is confirmed.

Processing

  • In-stock items: 1–2 business days.

  • During launches / sales: allow 2–4 business days.

Transit (U.S.)

  • Standard: 3–6 business days via USPS/UPS.

  • Expedited: 2–3 business days (calculated at checkout).

International

  • Most regions: 5–12 business days.

  • Duties/Taxes: may be charged by customs and are the customer’s responsibility.

Tracking

  • A tracking link is emailed the moment your label is created.

  • Status stuck? Carriers can take 24–48h to scan.

Address changes / Order edits

Lost/Damaged

  • If a shipment shows delivered but you can’t find it, allow 24h then contact your carrier.

  • Damaged in transit? Email us within 7 days with photos; we’ll take care of you.

Refused / Returned-to-Sender

  • Shipping fees aren’t refundable. If returned, we’ll re-ship (new postage required) or refund the item minus shipping.


Pre-Orders

Stitch by stitch—some pieces need time. Pre-order timelines are shown on the product page.

How it works

  • Your payment reserves your item.

  • Estimated ship window is displayed as “Ships by [Month/Date]”. We email updates if timelines shift.

Mixed carts (in-stock + pre-order)

  • By default we ship together when everything is ready (saves shipping, greener).

  • Want split-ship? Email support@majoempire.com with your order # (additional shipping may apply).

Cancellations

  • Pre-orders can be canceled within 24h of purchase. After fabric allocation/cutting, cancellations aren’t guaranteed.

Delays

  • Craft and QC can push dates. We’ll keep you posted—quality > speed.
